Mixed media; cotton fabric, miscellaneous fibres, wire, authentic ultrasounds and x-rays, wooden poles, pill packets, research papers and pharmaceutical disclaimers.
This is a collaborative work constructed alongside Heather Dawson and Mercedes Dunn. My material contribution was largely the textile sculpture and we all collaborated on the plan, installation and concept.
The work constructs a narrative around physical and psychological deterioration due to medical neglect.
