Lovingly captured and fractured

This work is a collaboration between myself and my parents that involves capturing conversations and memories as ceramic forms are constructed. The process of dissolving the clay pieces are then captured to represent the ephemerality of memory.
This work consists of two films simultaneously projected overlapping. The films are different lengths and are played on repeat, becoming increasingly out of sync.
